Summer Sublet for Andersonville Unit

I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in our 3 person apartment in Andersonville. The dates are for the months of June and July (06/01/26-08/01/26)

We ask that cleanliness is a priority. Let's keep our space beautiful and safe! Having a clean home is something that we find essential to mental well-being. This not only means cleaning up after yourself, but also sharing cleaning responsibilities every week such as the toilet, or sweeping the floors for example.

WHAT YOU GET:
$695/month with 3 total roommates. Water and garbage included. Wifi, gas, and electric are separate expenses. The room for sub let is spacious and has a full size bed with a large dresser, bookcase, and trunk with a walk in closet. Spacious bathroom with storage space shared with one roommate. There is an in house washer & dryer - both are free! There is also central AC and heat, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Because we are in the 2nd unit, the apartment has lots of natural light!! There is extra storage space in the walk up area to the unit. It is very close to the 22, 50 (direct to brown line) and 92 bus lines and a 20 minute walk to the red line. Grocery stores, cute shops, good coffee, restaurants and gyms within walking distance. Good free street parking. No smoking indoors and no pets. This is a refurbished apartment, fully furnished, with a set of empty draws and a full size bed in the available bedroom. Located near Clark St and Foster in Andersonville, close to Winnemac Park and the Clark Street Corridor.

Alex (1/2 roomies you would be living with) works at a CTA Corporate, loves the outdoors, biking, guitar, live music, and chicken tenders.

Charlotte (2/2 roomies you would be living with) is a theatre practitioner and local Jeni's team lead . She loves cooking, theatre, and anything artsy!
