Awesome 2 bed / 2 bath in Printers Row. Rooftop deck 2 gyms. The apartment is large you would be renting a fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom. There’s a balcony for when it warms up. There is garage parking available, but that’s an additional $250 a month. You can get street parking for free but need to get your city sticker changed to include the permit number. It’s in a great location, very safe and low-key a block from the river a block from Clark Street and the bars and restaurants. It’s an amazing place. About me I’m a professional. I do have two dogs so you must be a dog person. I’m extremely laid-back like to cook. Try to keep the place as clean as possible lol. I’m looking for a roommate that’s reliable with rent, clean and chill.
