I’m looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s lease in in South Loop. The apartment has in-unit laundry, great natural light, and views of both the lake and the river. The building is secure, well-maintained, and within walking distance of the Blue, Brown, Orange, Pink, and Purple lines. A parking spot is included in rent, which is rare for the area.

Bills average around $40/month depending on usage. The lease runs through September 2026, and I plan to renew, so you’re welcome to stay longer if it’s a good fit.

About me: I’m organized, respectful of shared space, and pretty low-key day to day. I watch a lot of movies, I’m learning photography, and I like hosting occasionally. I’ve had great relationships with past roommates and appreciate a respectful, easygoing living environment.

I haven’t posted photos publicly because my current roommate isn’t the most organized, but I’m happy to share private photos, FaceTime to show the space, or schedule an in-person visit for serious inquiries.
