Rent is $ per month, which includes all utilities. I will require a $ deposit & a background check. The lease is a year commitment. You will get your own bedroom & bathroom. There is an inunit washer and dryer. There is central AC and heating.
It is located in a prime location providing convenient access to a wide array of retail establishments, shopping centers, and public transportation options.
I'm a Mechanical Engineer & work at the office fulltime. I also drive Uber on the weekends. You will barely see me. I'm quite & spend most my time in my room. I do not smoke, drink, or do any drugs. I will always help you if you need it.
I'm looking for a college educate person. I do not like people who complain a lot.
