THE ROOM: The building is located on cusp South Loop & Pilsen, near UIC! There's everything around, Whole Foods, Shopping area, cute restaurants, beautiful walkable neighborhood. The building is a luxury building. There's a gym, pool, deck, and the apartment has a private balcony (yay!) I love the space and the neighborhood. This is a 1BDRM convertible, so the living room, kitchen, is shared. The bedroom space is open, but I have floor to ceiling curtains for your privacy or you can grab a room divider if that's better for you. Dealers choice.
