I'm looking for one person, Age 55+, working professional, to share my 3 bedroom South Suburban home, which is ideal for separate living. Looking for long term tenant. What you'll have is similar to a one bedroom apartment. You will have a private entrance, a private bath, and your own living room. We share the kitchen & laundry. I'm looking for a working, no drama, quiet, neat, mature male or female non-smoker. Rent includes utilities, wireless internet, and off street parking. The space currently has limited furnishings. More might be available.

I live on a quiet Park Forest street, two miles from Governors State University and 1.5 miles from the Richton Park Metra station. I'm a straight, easy-going, middle-aged white male with more house than I need.

Ideally you are neat, quiet, and respectful of others. Sense of humor is a plus. I work from home so I'm around a lot. However, I generally keep to myself and will respect your privacy as you'll respect mine.

There will be a $20 non-refundable application fee to cover a financial and criminal background check .

Move in cost is 1st months rent plus a $800 security deposit. Refundable as long as you leave the space as it was when you moved in.

Guest are permitted from 9am to 10pm. No overnight guests are allowed. A credit score of over 600 is required. No pets.
