Like so many of the newer buildings, this place gets maximum style points. You'll find quartz countertops, flat paneled cabinets, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplashes in the kitchens, with plank flooring throughout the living spaces, including the bedrooms. Each unit has ' ceilings, inunit washers and dryers and Grohe fixtures in the kitchens and baths. Typical units have lots of closet space, as well.
Parking is available onsite at an additional charge. Cats are accepted throughout and dogs are welcome on select floors (dog breed restrictions apply but there is no weight limit). There is a dog wash and grooming station for your furry friend as well!
