Private room for rent in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The room is a bit on the smaller side but can fit at least a full-size bed and small desk, there is a closet located right outside the bedroom that is spacious. Currently, I and another roommate live here, and we are looking to resign the lease starting on July 1st with a third person. Everyone has access to the common rooms, and we do have laundry in the unit and a deck outside. The apartment is located close to the Irving Park Brown line.

We are looking for a third person for the new lease that will begin on July 1st and we would like to have the new lease signed by May 1st. Please feel free to message me about the room if you have any questions.
The application fee is $ 50

Utilities are split three ways, this includes internet, electricity, and gas.

Must be LQBTQ friendly

No pets are allowed

Free street parking is available

There is a possibility to sublet the room starting from May 1st but preference will be given to anyone looking to sign for the full year starting July 1st.
