Hello, I'm Holly, a fellow artist and designer. I'm a single mother of two grown daughters, one a former ballerina, the other a tennis player. They are both moved out to follow their dreams, and now I have a big empty house that I hope to share with someone else and help. I travel frequently for work and my aging mother. The house is not very busy. It's a four-story townhouse on the most ideal street lined with trees. With every easy street parking, or a two-block walk to the bus, or a six-block walk to the trains.
Ideal for students, traveling nurses, part-time city space
Available: Two separate bedrooms on two separate floors:
1st Floor with a private ensuite bathroom. It has a super comfy twin-trundle bed (can work for two), a TV, closets, and dressers, all ready for you. Nothing else is on the first floor except the front door and garage.
4th floor - Private room with a Queen bed and an adjacent private bathroom. No one else is on the 4th floor (except in the summer when my daughter is home from college). The laundry room is on the 4th floor, and there is a private rooftop terrace.
Shared spaces:
Kitchen- each room will have one cabinet, one large pantry drawer, one fridge drawer, and a fridge shelf. All kitchen supplies are shared and stocked.
Laundry room: 4th floor- full washer & dryer
Living & dining room open spaces are all welcome
My floor is the 3rd floor, and I will pretty much stay out of the way.

We do have cats- important if you have allergies.
