Hi! Im looking for a roommate.

The room is a private bedroom with a separate bathroom (bathtub) in a clean and quiet apartment in South Loop. Great location with easy transportation and close to the lake. Also I have a balcony with nice view, and building has a small gym which has everything basic equipment and rooftop for grilling and sunbathing.

Rent for room is $1500/month.

Home rules: no smoking, no pets (I already have a cat), and no frequent guests. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and tidy.

One wall of the room is not fully closed at the top, but Im planning add something to cover it for more privacy. Room easy fits queen size bed.
