The house is modern and lofty in design, in a convenient, less crowded part of the South Loop-perfect central location with fantastic public transportation!

Interesting, open layout with a 30 ft. atrium ceiling that provides tons of light!
There is a balcony and a yard-is a great place in summer!
House is in a safe, gated complex.

Close to all expressways and Lake Shore Drive and, if you have a car, there is easy street parking. Also plenty of buses.

It's a great neighborhood to walk in, very safe, and there's a Divvy bike rental across the street.
Quick bus to the Art Institute and one to Museum Campus!

Access to many colleges and universities: DePaul, Loyola, and Northwestern downtown campuses, Columbia College, SAIC, IIT, Roosevelt University, and Chicago Kent Law Schools.

There is a University of Chicago bus that leaves from Roosevelt, and the redline across the street goes to De Paul/Lincoln Park.

Is a great place for students, but also works well for professionals or anyone who works close to or in the Loop and would like to be centrally located.

The house is nicely, comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is completely stocked, so if you're looking to move in someplace that has everything, this could be a good fit for you.

There is a handy Mariano's grocery store two blocks away and a Target and movie theater up the street. Also several other grocery stores and plenty of other shopping in the area.

Rent is $1375/month for the larger bedroom, which is quite spacious, and there is a smaller sunny and cozy bedroom that is $1350/month. Both bedrooms are completely furnished and all utilities are included.
Looking for a long term lease, but would consider summer only.

No drugs, smoking of any kind, or pets please!
Male or female is ok, but the bathroom would need to be shared. I am the owner and live here, and have my own bathroom.

Looking for someone friendly, mature, responsible, and clean!
I enjoy a good conversation, but privacy is of course respected.

Please help with some household chores! I am neat and like the house to be clean-especially the shared kitchen, which is essential for three people.
