Hey everyone, I’m a 27M looking for a roommate to move into a spacious 2 Bed / 2 Bath apartment in Old Town starting September 1st. I’ve been in Chicago for 5 years since college, lived in this specific spot for 2 years, and love it enough that I’m renewing for a third! Features include:

-Rent at $1,800, but can negotiate. Gas and Electric are split.

-Parking spot in a covered garage included in rent

-In-unit Washer and Dryer

-Central Air conditioning

-WiFi/Cable included in rent

-Access to an onsite gym and tennis/basketball court

-4 Grocery stores with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby

-90 Transit Score with a 5 minute walk to the Red Line. I work in the loop and it takes 20 minutes to get to the office.

-Very responsive private owners, no need to deal with a large conglomerate

-Friendly front desk that helps with mail

-Outdoor deck

-Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal
