Room for rent in Lyons

My roommate is moving out at the end of the month and I'm looking for someone to take his spot. We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in Lyons, with the 3rd room to remain unoccupied. There is a 2 car garage but only one car can fit, which will be used by me. We have a driveway to park your car, or plenty of space on the street. I have space in the garage to store your belongings. This is a quiet and safe area across the street from an elementary school. I would recommend having a car because the bus stops are not very close. The room is good sized (about 12 X 11) and already has a queen bed if you need it. We split everything down the middle; rent and utilities. Rent is 800 each and utilities range from 75 to 150, although it's typically around 100 each. I don't mind smoking, just not in the house. As for me, I'm 40 and I have worked in the bar industry my whole life up until 2 years ago when I finally made my escape. Now I just trade and do ridesharing.
