3 bedroom apartment in Pilsen

Looking for 1-2 roommates in my apartment in Pilsen/Heart of Chicago. Less than a 10 min walk from Damen pink line station and equally as far from the Western pink line station too. 21 bus is less than 3 min away.

Rent is total $1595 ($798 for each tenant). Preferably would want to get it to 3 people paying $532 each. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and WiFi will be split as well. Move in fee will be $250. Move-in date is anytime. But preferably April 1.

No laundry. 24/7 laundromat is 5 min walk away. Parking is readily available on the street. Place is 1100 sq ft so won’t be too cramped. Some incredible Mexican restaurants within a 2-3 min walk.

Place is 3bd 1ba. There are 2 bedrooms available. You can choose between the smaller bedroom and large one.

Me: I am 23 NB. I work from home and I may not be at the place a whole ton. Schedule is a bit inconsistent so I may be out of the place at different times. But I try to keep it very clean and I am a very quiet person. I have no guests over. I am very open you can do just about anything besides make the place a mess or damage it.
