Dwight Lofts Shared Room – Only $520/Month

Regular rent is $1,040 per month, but I’m offering to cover half each month through the end of the lease, so your portion would be only $520 per month.

Because this is a shared room, I understand that paying the full rent may not be ideal for everyone. I’m moving out and hoping to reduce the amount I would otherwise continue paying, so splitting the rent creates a more affordable arrangement for both of us.

The lease runs through May 16, 2027, and is not a year-round lease. The relet will be handled officially through Dwight Lofts. After we speak, you’ll apply online, and I’ll provide your name to the leasing office. You’ll then complete the required approval process directly with the property.

My half-rent contribution will begin once the relet has been officially approved and completed through Dwight Lofts.

You will share a room in a 4 room 6 occupant apartment, with currently two roommates.



The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. Your room comes with a Twin XL mattress and bed frame, closet, desk, and chair.



The shared kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The apartment has two full bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and tub/shower.



The living room is also fully furnished with a mounted TV, table, console, coffee table, and four couches, giving you plenty of shared space to relax.



Building amenities include a gym, laundry room, package/mail lockers, lounge areas, graffiti room, and community events for residents. There's also a trash chute directly across the hallway from the room, making taking out trash very convenient.



Located in the Chicago Loop, the building makes commuting around downtown and the rest of Chicago easy, especially by public transportation.



Rent: $520/month until end of lease term.
