Relleting the Room in Downtown building

Hello! I'm reletting my room in Straits Row. I'm moving to another city so I need to do a reletting of my contract to someone before October 1st.

The building is very awesome. There is always security in the hall. You can enter only by your own keys. Elevator also by keys. Free coffee in the hall everyday. Special storage for deliveries.

Apartment is located on 16th floor and it has 4 rooms so there is 3 other roommates but I barely see them. Every room have its own bathroom and toilet. The view from the window is panoramic and it's awesome you can see the Willis Tower from it. Room has big comfortable bed and table with chair. Also there is a shelf so you can put your stuff there. Living room, laundry and kitchen is shared between roommates.

Lease term of the contract is from 1st September 2026 until 31st of July 2027.
