Roommate wanted in Logan Square

Hi, my name is Lauren and I’m looking for roommate for my fully furnished Logan Square apartment since I’m planning to travel more in the next year. I’m a 32-year old freelancer.
Ideal roommate is a woman mid-to-late 20s or 30s. Portion of rent is $1,050. Evenly split utilities. Free street parking is easy to get but a garage spot is also available for $100 a month. One time move in fee paid directly to landlord $300.
I’ll be gone for 6+ weeks this winter and a lot of the weekends so it’s likely that you’ll have the place to yourself a good amount.

Details:
-First floor of a 2-unit house with security system.
-Near Wrightwood and Hamlin
-Landlords upstairs and are a super nice young couple. They will want to meet you before moving forward.
-Shared bathroom, backyard, patio
-New kitchen appliances
-Fully furnished. My home office (pictured) is what I’m converting. If you want to use the carpet and decorations in there that’s fine or of course you can bring your own and I’ll clear it out for you.
-It’s a 3 bedroom and I use one room as a closet. I can move half of the clothes so we can share it.
-18 minute walk from Logan Square blue line station.
-Shared laundry for the 2 units in the house.
-I have a cat. She’s very sweet and cuddly, and someone who is comfortable with having a cat around is a must.
-No dogs allowed on my lease.
-Ideally no additional cats.
-5 month minimum commitment up to 1 year- wherever works best for you.
-Hybrid work is fine since we could rotate days we work from home, but ideally not someone who works from home full time.
