Room in Logan Square

I have a room in my two bedroom apartment available. I'm hoping to find someone clean, okay with my pets (1 dog and 1 cat), and responsible! Great neighborhood and located a 10 min walk from the Blue Line. The price listed is half the current rent + a bit extra for utilities (gas, electricity). I can calculate a more exact number if you would like it :)

My lease on the apartment is up in December, so we will have to decide if we want to sign for another year or move out a month of two before then.

The room has a closet + a space behind the door, which currently has a bookcase for storage. The bookcase and wardrobe thing are up for grabs if you want them! Otherwise we can move them out. I also have boxes for moving if needed.

There is a shared living room (pictured), kitchen, and bathroom.
