I'm offering one private furnished bedroom with a bathroom in my first-floor Greystone two flat in Logan Square. You would be sharing the apartment with me only.(The owner (single male). I'm looking for one responsible tenant who appreciates a clean, quiet home.

The bedroom is approximately 10' × 11' and includes a closet with shelving and lighting, ceiling fan, remote-controlled U-shaped window air conditioner and (if desired) a dresser including a newer full-size mattress and bed frame. Your private bathroom is located directly across the hall.

Shared areas include the living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, home office, and first-floor laundry with full size washer and dryer. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.

The apartment blends classic early-1900s Chicago architecture with updated kitchen and bathroom flourishes. Features include original hardwood floors, central radiator heat, ceiling fans throughout, additional air conditioning in the common areas, a whole-home stereo system, and secure vestibule mail and package delivery.
