About Me

I’m the owner and sole occupant of the first-floor apartment. I seek one financially responsible roommate who values a clean, quiet home where we enjoy and respect privacy and maintain orderly, shared spaces.

My current second-floor tenants have comfortably lived here for more than four years, and I hope to find someone looking for a similarly stable, longer-term living arrangement.

Application & Screening

Prospective applicants will be asked to complete a rental application and provide identification, employment/income verification, rental history, and references.

A one-time $50 tenant screening fee covers the anticipated actual cost of the third-party screening report and is separate from rent and the security deposit.

The initial move-in payment consists of first month’s rent of $1,000, a refundable $600 security deposit, and the $50 screening fee, for a total of $1,650. Monthly rent thereafter is $1,000.

Screening is only conducted after the initial application review. Applicants will receive the applicable screening authorization before the report is obtained.
