Application & Screening

Prospective applicants will be asked to complete a rental application and provide identification, employment/income verification, rental history, and references.

A $50 tenant screening fee covers the anticipated actual cost of the third-party screening report and is separate from rent and the security deposit. Screening is conducted after the initial application review. Applicants will receive the applicable screening authorization before the report is obtained.
