Large, Available Room in Logan Square

Hello!

My current roomate and I are looking for a roomate to occupy the 3rd bedroom of our 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Current amenties include

- blue line across the street
-tons of restaurants and bars right outside the door
- back deck
-dishwasher
-coin laundry in the basement, laundromat a block away

Personally, I have lived here for 7 years. I love it! The space and pricepoint are unbeatable. The landlords are responsive and considerate. Ideally, the roomate we are looking for is progressive/liberal/like minded with no felonies, no previous evictions and steadily employed. I do have a cat. He is super friendly and social but he is a longhair. So someone who is allergic to cats/dislikes cats might not want to apply.

And it may seem extreme but I am asking for proof of employment if you are able to do so. (Letter from employer, offer letter, a check stub, etc.) I apologize for the precaution but I have had roomates on two seperate occasions leave without paying rent or utilities. Just block out any unnecessary personal information such as your current address, social, etc.
