Hi folks, I'm Lawson, I'm looking for a roommate in my spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on Halstead St and 15th Pl. Base rent is $1450/mo and the lease term ends Jan 31, 2027, but I'm open to a shorter period if you don't need a place all the way until January.

- Walking distance to UIC, steps from Halstead St. Metra station and Pilsen
- Private bathroom
- In-unit w/d
- Dishwasher
- Balcony
- Access to condo gym (with a real weight rack)
- I pay internet
- Room is optionally furnished- owner has provided bed/desk/shelves for you to use, but we can move these out if you have your own
- Incredible view!

Extra costs:
- We will split heat & electricity
- If you need parking, extra spots are available for rent listed on condo cork board
- Condo may have additional upfront move-in fees (not sure, TBD)

About me:
I recently moved here from Phoenix for a new job as a programmer. I love bouldering, BJJ, and hiking (although not so much in the freezing cold). I work late Mon-Thurs and am off Fridays, and keep the place clean! I like having get-togethers and playing games with my friends and am looking for a friendly roommate.
