Looking for a responsible, financially stable working professional to share a beautiful, spacious vintage apartment in Lincoln Park to share with medical professional who is gone 50 percent of the time at least.

The apartment has lake views from every room, and the building includes a fitness center and rooftop deck. You would have your own private bathroom, and internet and utilities are included in the rent.

You would share the home with me, a medical professional who travels and is away at least 50% of the time, as well as a well-behaved dog and sweet cat.

I’m looking for someone who is reliable with rent, clean, respectful, communicative, and interested in maintaining a peaceful, comfortable home.
