Hello! Looking for someone to take over one of our roommates spots and resign on our apartment. It’s a private bedroom and bath in a beautiful townhouse in Lincoln Park. The unit is on the first floor and basement level and is very spacious with plenty of common areas including a lounge area and bar in the basement, as well as a large backyard deck and grill. The room has its own bathroom and access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is $950/month + utilities (1-month security deposit required before move-in date). There are three other roommates in the house, all professionals in their mid 20s and very friendly and easy to get along with. We’d like someone around the same age range. The house is a short walk from the Diversey brown line train stop and walking distance from Dom's Market, Trader Joe’s, and Target. There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, and stores all within walking distance! Looking for someone to sign for a 1-year lease, starting June 1st 2024.
