SUB-LEASE this 1 bedroom 1 bath from May 28th (flexible) until August 25th and then you can have the option to renew for flexible leasing dates (month to month, 9,10,11, or 12 month, etc.). Rent is 2106.

Here are the pros of this place:
1. If you have a dog, it is dog heaven (see my dogs at the end of the pictures). Walkable to dog-friendly target down the block, as well get pup-cups at starbuck's down the other block. Across the street is Oz Park where you can take your dog off leash during most times of the xaday and almost always conveniently find other friendly dogs ready to play. Many people in this building own dogs and it is a great place to live.

2. If you want a safe parking lot there is one (never had any break-ins or damage) which is optional but recommended because normal street parking can be difficult to find.

3. Great restaurants nearby (Cilantro is 20 feet away, as well local bars, mexican food, sushi, thai, pizza, insomnia cookie, and many more) are within walkable distance.

4. If you like to go on runs or rent lyft bikes nearby you are 1.1 miles away from Lake Michigan (another great place to take dog off leash or just go on walks yourself). Also close to the Lincoln Park Zoo (beautiful zoo lights during the winter season).

5. The building itself is very clean and well maintained and has a nice patio where you can enjoy the summer nights and warmer days. This place also salts the ground and around the property including the parking lot which is really nice during the winter. The maintenance team here is always quick to respond and very friendly whenever there has been a maintenance issue. There is a shared laundry unit downstairs that is not difficult to use. There is a trash shoot down the hall which is nice.

6. Being located within walkable footsteps to DePaul, there is sometimes a busy nightlife that surrounds the town, but this unit is great because it rarely gets loud at night because of where it is situated and feels quiet and tucked away while still having access to the social scene nearby. This place is peaceful, laid back. The residents here are mostly young adults (college or graduate students from DePaul). Great schools nearby and a very family-friendly neighborhood.

7. Mail and package delivery is safe (never had anything stolen) and there are security cameras for added safety as well as touch-pad keyless entry for the first door (with AI facial recognition - cool).

Other small details: Pets - Max 2 allowed (One-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per apartment and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. No breed or weight restrictions.) Smoke-free community. If you need reserved parking, 150$/month.
