Hey there!

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located right at the edge of Lincoln park and Lakeview East. The room will be available from March (move-in date flexible) until the end of our lease in August 2024.

**About the space**
The room is 10.5ft x 13.5. It easily fits a queen bed and additional furniture like dresser and desk. Washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is spanned across two floors so there is plenty of space in the house.
All utilities average around $150/month per person.

**About Your Roommates:**
you will be sharing the apartment with 2 young professionals in their early 30's who are easygoing, clean, and respectful. They have a cat so NO additional pets are permitted.
We're an LGBTQ-friendly household, so it's important that our new roommate is as well.

**Looking For:**
- **Ideal Roommate:** We're seeking someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly. LGBTQ-friendly is a must.
- **Rent and Details:** The rent is $1100 per month,
- **Location:** Our apartment is conveniently sandwiched between Halstead, Clark and Diversey near Dom's Market, Target, Trader Joe's and just a 10 min walk to the beautiful walking/biking trails on lake Michigan and just a 15 min walk to Boystown. CTA Diversey station is 6 min walk (Brown and Purple lines).

**Move-in Details:**
- **Availability:** Move-in date is flexible starting from March 2024.
- **Lease:** The sublet will be until August 2024, matching our lease end date. One of the roommates is planning on renewing the lease so there is opportunity to extend your stay past August 2024.
