Most importantly this has to be a good fit, we are all in our mid to late 20s looking for someone like minded. What do we mean by like minded? Glad you asked. Does not smoke cigarettes, literally everything else is fine, but no one wants that smell anywhere inside or outside, we dont judge but we dont want to smell your poor decisions (its 2024 why do people still smoke cigarettes?).

We have had this room as a guest room, there's 4 of us living here now and do not need two dedicated guest rooms.
