Lease takeover for my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at The Belmont in Lakeview East, 3170 N Sheridan by Belmont and Sheridan.
Rent is $3,721/month, plus a $230 utility package that covers Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and the other building utilities, total is $3,951/month.
It’s right by the lake and 1 minute walk to the express buses downtown. Parking is also available through the building for an extra cost.
The lease runs through April 17, 2027. I have plenty of pictures, so message me if you’re interested or want more details.
Move in date is negotiable but aiming for September.

We can leave furniture/dishes as well if wanted.
