Sublet at Optima Lakeview — Lakeview, 14 min walk from Wrigley Field

Subletting my room in 3-bedroom at Optima Lakeview (3478 N Broadway) anytime from now till October. Recently got married and moved in with my wife, so I'm covering two rents and need this filled — no issues with the place, the roommates, or the building, just life timing.

Rent is flexible. Original portion of my split is $2,250, but I'm willing to go significantly lower (think $1,500ish) for the right person. Even if the number feels out of reach, message me — I'd rather negotiate than sit on it obviously.

The setup:
- Sublet works, full lease takeover also an option
- Move-in flexible and will accept any timeframe within the dates we have it, starting whenever- ideally through early October (roommates may want to stay longer, open conversation)
- Large bedroom with huge walk-in closet
- Furnishable if you're closer to full rent, otherwise unfurnished
- 3-bedroom, in-unit laundry, massive kitchen, balcony

Roommates (both men, young professionals):
- One works from home, mostly keeps to his room
- One is a manager with a quiet dog (stays in his room ~95% of the time) — works late nights, has never once woken me up coming in
- Looking for someone clean, chill, fun, and genuinely okay with a dog

- Full gym (free weights, racks, cardio, the works)
