I have LOVED living here, but I’m moving neighborhoods to be closer to work. Rent is $1,425 and includes heat, water, and gas. The building is in an extremely safe area and has on-site maintenance, laundry in building, optional fitness center, a dog run (pet friendly), gated entry, bicycle storage, and a secure package room.

About the unit: Located on the 10th floor, it has hardwood floors, a huge closet, and an INCREDIBLE view. It’s always super quiet which is really nice. Lots of stores and restaurants are around and it’s a very walkable area, with the 77 and 151 bus right outside the building.

Situated right in the heart of Lakeview East is 2970 N Sheridan. With fantastic city and lake views, this high-rise is perfect for the downtown commuter, with a bus stop directly in front of the building.
