Need sublease until April 30th

Looking for a male or female to take over the remainder of my lease starting somewhere between September 20th-23rd, 2024. I’m moving to Florida to start Pilot School and need someone to take over my lease until April 30th, 2025. Your portion of rent would be $1380/ month, we split utilities evenly wifi is a set rate of $90, & utilities are usually between $40-$70/ month. My current roommate is 30 years old, he splits time going into the office/ working remotely. He is clean, respectful, has no pets, and over all fun to be around! It’s a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. The bedroom you would have is spacious with your own bathroom next to the living room. You’d be moving into a living room and kitchen area that are fully furnished. Your bathroom and bedroom is all that you would be responsible for furnishing. Culver’s, Chipotle, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Crumbl, Chik-Fil-A, Subway, Slugger’s Sports Bar, Old Crow Smokehouse, Happy Camper, Moe’s Cantina, Swift Tavern, as well as many other restaurants and shops are all right around the corner. Wrigley Field (Cubs stadium) is just a 3 minute walk from our apartment! Addison red line stop is a 5 minute walk, and the bus pick up is right outside the apartment building as well.
