I’m looking for someone to sublease my soon-to-be unfurnished room in a well-maintained apartment in Old Irving Park from November 27, 2026 through May 27, 2027.

* Close to coffee shops, restaurants, library, parks and gas stations
* Easy access to the highway
* Plenty of street parking

🏠 The Apartment

* $900/month + utilities
* 2 roommates, both working in aviation ✈️
* Shared bathroom with one male roommate
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Dishwasher and recently updated appliances
* Gated courtyard
* Secured callbox
* One short flight of stairs to the unit
* Large TV and couch in the shared living space
* Water included; electricity, gas, and wifi split with two other roommates

🛏️ The Room

* Bay windows with lots of natural light
* Two decorative stained-glass windows
* Decent-sized two-door closet

Looking for:
A respectful, considerate roommate who keeps shared spaces clean. Someone in aviation would be a plus, but it’s definitely not required.
