Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me on my lease (NOT a sublease, you will be the actual tenant). Although the apartment and location is perfect for me in basically every way, I am unfortunately very allergic to my new roommate's cat and have to move out. Your roommate would be my current roommate, Sophia: a 30yo trans woman with one adorably shy cat named Hensley (who loves being pet and grinding against your leg). She works as a Paralegal and enjoys sewing and watching TV with her cat in her downtime. Very tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.

Apartment perks:
• 2 bed / 1 bath on the 2nd floor w/ lots of natural lighting
• Central AC / heat
• Perfectly hot showers
• Ample street parking + a private parking space
• 1m walk to 3 useful bus routes; 5m walk to grocery; 10m walk to blue line, gym, or park; 12m walk to indoor pool
• Private balcony
• FREE washer/dryer in basement
• Dishwasher
• Walk-in pantry and kitchen (mostly to yourself, Sophia likes to dine out)
• Beautiful, quiet spot in Irving Park near Milwaukee & Pulaski, lots of trees

Your bedroom:
• 13.5 x 9 feet, easily fits a Full Mattress (or a Queen if you don't mind less open space). Pictured is a twin bed because I like to have lots of space to walk around.
• Closet is 2.5 x 2.5 feet (but 10ft-high ceiling so there's still a good amount of space)
• The door near the window is a secondary back-entrance outside door which will probably be sealed soon (for energy efficiency/safety) so you can place your bed in front of it!

About you:
• LBGTQ+ or female.
• Must meet our landlord's requirements: 30,000/year income and 2 landlord references (our landlord wants to call your 2 landlords references and ask if you were a good tenant)
• Wants a peaceful, drama-free home
• Cleans up after themselves• No pets (Sophia already has 1 cat and that's the max allowed by landlord)
