Seeking Female Roommate

Hi! My name is Victoria. I am searching for a female roommate to live in the west side of Albany Park. There is one room available for rent and the rest of the apartment is shared with myself. The shared spaces include the bathroom, sun room, living room, dining room, and kitchen.

I am looking for someone that is very organized and clean as well as mindful of the other person in their shared living space. I appreciate clear and open communication. I am very easy going and responsible. I work the regular 9-5 job with some remote days.

I am currently working on updating the apartment which is why it will be available until Jan 1st or sooner depending on how fast the contractor is done. I will post the photos once ready.

I am open to meeting in advance at a public space to see if we would be a good match and potentially showing you the place.
