About the Space:
• ALL utilities included (gas, electric, and internet).
• Laundry in the building.
• Easy street parking with plenty of spots available.
• Convenient transit: Blue Line just 2 blocks away, and buses nearby (Montrose and Irving Park).
• Shared bathroom.
• Room is currently furnished, but I’m happy to help change furniture it if needed.
• Enjoy a cozy front porch and a good-sized backyard.

• 2 single busy guys in 40s and 50s
• We're responsible, laid-back professional men who enjoys staying active and social
• Love running 5Ks, 10Ks, and staying fit at LA Fitness.
• Enjoy relaxing at home, eating well, having a few beers, and catching a good show.
• Not partiers anymore but appreciate a good laugh and good company.

About You:
• Financially stable pilot or flight attendant ideally but open to others.
• Clean, considerate, and knows how to have fun without overdoing it.
• Great communicator and value mutual respect.
• Long-term stay preferred but not required (you’d be added to the lease).
• Non-smoker (building is smoke-free).
• Drama-free is a must.
