1 Bed 1 Bath apt sublet - Nov-Dec

I’m subletting my 1 bed 1 bath apartment in hyde park starting nov 1 until end of december (move out date flexible).
- the apt comes fully furnished as seen in the pictures, has all the cleaning supplies, vaccuum, mop, etc. the kitchen is also stocked with utensils, pans, fridge, toaster, airfryer, blender, kettle + coffee machines. the tv has multiple subscriptions you can use as well
- 24 hours security onsite, laundry rooms as well as a secure mail room so you don’t have to worry about lost mail
- there is on-site maintenance from 8 am to 8 pm throughout the week
- beautiful views as you can tell, it’s on the 9th floor and gets a lot of sun!
- perfect if you’re working at the university. it’s a super convenient location: Walgreens and Trader Joe’s within 3 mins walk; 15 mins walk to UChicago campus; 171/172 right outside the building as well as the UChicago shuttle and 55 going to the green and red lines as well as Midway. 7 mins walk to the 6 which goes downtown
