Great location, a block away from the lake and walking distance to UChicago, convenient to get to the Loop via buses or Metra.
Spacious 2-bedroom, pets allowed (I have a cat, who gets along with other cats after a careful introduction! She does have kitty herpes, which is contagious and quite common in shelter cats).
Not accessible as the apartment is on the fourth floor and there's no elevators.
I'm unsure about additional fees as you'd be taking over the lease from my roommate. There might be an application fee ($65 iirc) with Mac Properties
Move-in is also a little up in the air; I’m hoping for ASAP but definitely no later than 11/1. It will depend on when my roommate can arrange to move out and when we can get the new lease signed.
