Private Room for Rent – Clean & Respectful Tenant Only

I’m renting out a private room in my home. Please note that this is a room rental only, not a shared living arrangement.

Shared spaces are limited to the kitchen and bathroom only. The living room is not included in the shared areas.

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Clean and organized
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Responsible and easy to communicate with

The kitchen and bathroom must be kept clean and used respectfully at all times.
I have a cute and smart cat also

Additionally, the agreement includes a one-month deposit, a $250 moving fee, and utilities (electricity and gas). The deposit is refundable only if a 30-day notice is given prior to moving out.
