Bedroom + Sunroom in Cozy Humboldt Park Apartment

I’m looking for a roommate to fill my spare bedroom in my cozy, character filled Humboldt Park apartment. The available space includes a private bedroom plus a separate sunroom, which honestly makes it feel like your own little space.

The space:
We share a kitchen and bathroom. The place has a lot of charm and personality, including a deep soaking tub that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day.

About me & who you’d be living with:
I work late nights as a bartender, so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself, especially nights and weekends. I’m sober and value a peaceful, low key home environment. I also have a 4 year old son who stays with me part time, and two older, very mellow cats. The home is generally quiet, structured, and warm. No dogs due to allergies but other animals are welcomed!

Location & getting around:
Located in Humboldt Park with easy access to public transportation, street parking, nearby parks, and neighborhood spots. It’s a great area for walks, errands, and getting around the city.

Details:
Rent is $850 + utilities. Any interest will need to go through landlord approval (bank statements + background check).
