Room in Cottage. 2min to hwy, 8min walk to Metra.

Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate to fill my spare room. I live in a cottage on a corner lot surrounded by large gardens I've tended to over the last 10 years. Plenty of garden space, free veggies, and serenity!

I live right next to 294/80 and the Metra Electric.

I have a cat and 2 dogs. I will only consider adding ONE more pet. It's just getting too cramped, sorry!

Your room is in the rear of the house.. it stays quite cool year round, and has a lovely view of the private backyard (private once the shrubs leaf out). You'll also get a hallway closet. If you'd like to repaint another color, I'll buy the supplies and help you out.

There is laundry on-site. Heated floors & central AC.

The front room has lots of natural light, and a perfect reading chair! Green is allowed indoors.

I work Tu-Sa 8a-4p. I would need it to be quiet after 10p.

I'm trans. So you need to be cool with that.
