I have an 3 bedroom 1 bath in the Hermosa area zip code 60641 . Looking for a roommate for an bedroom second floor . Its currently me 32 year old male and male 32 and 28 year old . It would be 850$ with utilities included and internet. Washer and dryer in the basement not the coin ones so they free for the tenets. would. Let me know if your interested. We also have cleaning lady that come 2 time month to clean common room areas like kitchen and bathroom living room and floors. Not your room tho that yours to clean. That also include in the price

No pets one of the roommate already has a pet a dog.

Looking for good roommate who respectful living with people so clean up after yourself and not make to much noise at night with people go to sleep cause they have to work. Just normal students or person !
