Roommate wanted in nice & quiet 2 bedroom

Hi everyone! I'm new in town and looking for a roommate.

I live alone (with my dog) in this lovely 2 bed condo in Glenview. The condo is very well maintained and was recently renovated. You can see the gorgeous bathroom in the pictures! There's also a dishwasher and in-unit washer/drier. You would have a bedroom to yourself but we would share the bathroom. There is on-street parking and the possibility of a parking space. We're also pretty close to a Metra stop, so this is a great location if you work downtown.

**No smoking/vaping, no drugs, non-negotiable. I don't care if you eat , but you may not smoke it here. **

I work in IT and enjoy fitness and gaming as my primary hobbies. I'm looking for a quiet and emotionally mature roommate who enjoys a clean space. My dog is very well trained and rarely barks inside. He does shed, and I do my best to stay on top of sweeping & vacuuming. You would need to be ok with a little bit of dog hair though.
