The recently painted and insulated room measures approximately 10' x 12' and offers plenty of natural light from two windows. It can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

**Animal lovers are especially welcome!** My dogs and cat are truly the heart of the home, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around animals and will feel comfortable living with them. I have three friendly dogs—one pit bull and two Bernedoodles—along with a sweet Siamese Snowshoe cat.
