Private second-floor room available in a two-story Georgian home in Garfield Ridge (quiet, safe SW Chicago neighborhood).

The room is OPTIONALLY furnished and measures 10 x12 and gets great natural light from two windows. It’s tucked away upstairs, removed from the main living space. Cost of utilities such as gas, electricity would be shared, and internet (if desired).

The house has all appliances, in-unit laundry, and a partially finished basement with workout equipment or space for hobbies. Two finished bathrooms and large back yard with patio to sit out and sunbathe.

Great location—close to public transportation, I-55, nearby suburbs, and about 30 minutes to downtown.

About me quiet homebody-work from home individual-artistic. Currently living with three friendly dogs (large to medium size dogs) and one cat.
