Hi, I am looking for a roomate because I am changing jobs and going back to school. I am looking for a kind, clean and respectful roomate. Would love to be friends but will also be very busy. I won't be home much so I am looking for someone trustworthy to help care for the place. I have been here for 2 years and it is wonderful. It is a 3 minute walk to the train, a 7 minute walk to the lake and nestled among different coffee shops and places to eat.
