Looking for a roommate in southeast Evanston, just a short walk from the lake!

My current roommate is moving out, and I’m hoping to find someone to take over her room in our cozy, fully furnished apartment. The unit has all the perks: in-unit laundry (huge win), central AC (even better), and a dishwasher. The available bedroom features a walk-in closet plus there’s extra storage in the basement.

Rent is $1,050/month, with utilities typically running about $30–$50 per person.

A little about me: I’m a teacher, so things stay pretty low-key during the week. I don’t typically host big gatherings. Most nights are spent relaxing, usually watching TV in the living room (would love a roommate who’s down to join sometimes!). I keep things tidy with a weekly cleaning routine and appreciate a shared sense of cleanliness. I do occasionally have people over to hangout or before special events, and you’re welcome to do the same!

You’d be sharing the apartment (and one bathroom) with me and my two friendly cats.
