Hi there! I'm looking for a respectful and quiet professional or academic to share my clean, lovely condo here in Evanston. I'm focusing specifically on mid-term stays, so this is perfect if you need a place for 1 to 6 months (like for a work contract, visiting NU, or during a local transition).

The Room and Home:
You'll get a great private bedroom that comes fully furnished, so you just need to bring your suitcase. You'll share the main bathroom, kitchen, and living room space. The best part? The rent is all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about separate bills! That covers fast Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, water, and everything else.

A Bit About Me & Penny:
I work hard and keep things pretty quiet during the week. I'm friendly and easygoing. I also live here with my super sweet dog, Penny, a 41-lb Walker Hound. She’s very well-behaved, mainly naps, and loves people. You absolutely must be comfortable with dogs!
