The bedrooms can be rented to the following persons:

- Employed person who can provide proof of income such as recent pay stubs and recent bank statements.

- Student who can provide proof of funds to pay the rent such as recent bank statements. OR with parent/guarantor who will provide proof of their income such as recent bank statements.

- International Visitor who can provide proof of funds to pay rent such as recent bank statements, letter from employer with pay information, a letter from the university or organization providing living stipend or allowances.

The homeowner is female and lives in the house with one friendly dog.

The green room ($850) is available now. It is for one person only.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, shared use of kitchen, two bathrooms, appliances, dishes, and laundry machines.

The bedrooms have a bed with linens, rug, dresser, closet with hangers, desk/chair, ceiling fan light fixture, mirror on bedroom door and two windows. The bedroom doors are lockable with key provided.

The house is fully furnished and has internet connection and large TV. The first floor has a shared kitchen, living room and dining area. The bedrooms are on the top floor with one full bathroom upstairs and another bathroom downstairs. Shared laundry in the basement. Plenty of free street parking.

Nice and safe neighborhood within walking distance to banks, grocery and other stores, large active parks, public transportation.

Rules:
-The rental is for 1 person. No live-in tenant couples.
-Tenant must buy their own food, shampoo, bathing soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets.
-No additional pets allowed.
-No smoking inside or close to the house,
-No cooking in the bedroom (use the kitchen),
-No weapons,
-Quiet time 10:30 pm - 6:30 am daily.
-No yelling in or close to the house.
-Leave the shared spaces the way you would like to find them - clean and tidy. :)
