Furnished Bedroom for 1 female in shared house

The house is for women preferably. There is one friendly medium size dog. We have one furnished bedroom available for rent at $875/month including heat/air conditioning, water, electricity. The bedroom has a full-size bed, rug, dresser, closet, desk/chair, ceiling fan light fixture, mirror on bedroom door and two windows. The bedroom is for one female. The bedroom door is lockable with key provided.

The house is fully furnished. The first floor has an open kitchen, living room with large TV/Netflix, internet, desk/chair, dining area. The bedrooms are on the top floor with one full bathroom upstairs and another bathroom downstairs. Shared laundry in the basement. Plenty of free street parking.

Nice neighborhood close to Aldi grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, public bus system and large active park.

Some rules: No additional pets allowed. No smoking inside or close to the house, no cooking in the bedroom (use kitchen), no weapons, quiet time 11pm-6 am daily. No yelling in or close to the house. Leave the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry shared spaces the way you would like to find it - clean and tidy. :)
