Looking for someone to take over my lease in Edgewater! Unit is available November 1st (this can be sooner or a tad later) and the lease runs through June 27th, 2027.

Apartment details:

• 1 Bedroom, 1 bath

• Spacious 4th-floor unit

• Rent: $1,816

• Internet is included in rent

• Water, gas, trash, and sewer are additional and billed through the building

• Electricity is billed separately

Building Amenities:

• Beach access and a huge outdoor patio with firepits, lounge chairs, and grills

• Top-floor gym

• Indoor community space with a fireplace, full kitchen, lounge area

• Gym and indoor community spaces are usually empty!

• Community laundry room

• On-site office staff Monday-Saturday

Pets are allowed for an additional $30 fee per pet. Parking is available but subject to a waiting list for on-site parking and I'm not sure what the cost is exactly but I believe it is around $120/month.

Must be able to:

Pass a background check

Complete a credit check

and have a gross monthly income of a least 3 times the monthly rent.
