This is a beautiful vintage studio apartment located on the tenth floor of a vintage Edgewater building. The utilities are included in the price of the rent. There are three large windows in the apartment, two of which face Lake Michigan, and one of which faces southward to the Chicago downtown. The view from these windows is approximately eight miles. Many buildings are also visible from the windows. Sunrises are visible in the morning on clear mornings. Sunsets are partially visible from the southern window on clear evenings. CTA bus routes and the CTA Red Line train are located about one block or less from the building’s main entrance. The bathroom contains one toilet, one sink, one medicine cabinet, a bathtub and shower unit, and tile floors. There are two closets in the apartment. The kitchen is newly installed, and contains a stove / oven, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave (the microwave is older), kitchen sink and kitchen counter. There is one door to the apartment. There are two elevators in the building: one passenger elevator and one freight elevator. There are two stairways. Mailroom and business office are located in the building lobby. The laundry room is located on the second floor of the building. The laundry machines only accept quarters. The main room of the apartment contains a ceiling fan and lamps. There will be a movable cabinet of drawers (a small dresser), a movable cot-style bed, two movable plastic drawer units, a radiator for heat (which is centrally controlled), and no air conditioner unit.
