Partner and I purchased home in Dunning area. Four beds, 2 baths. We are looking to rent out one bedroom on ground level. Furnished with Queen bed and tv with full cable with every streaming service you can think of. All utilities included in the rent. Great outdoor space with grill, furniture. Plenty of street parking. Full basement with new large washer and dryer. Central Air. We have two dogs (Newfoundland and a Boxer) so you must LOVE dogs, not just like or be indifferent to them, as they run the house. You be responsible, employed, keep normalish hours. He is a stylist and I am in Social Work. We do like to have occasional drinks on weekends, and enjoy spending time in back yard grilling. Perfect for a flight attendant as we are fairly close to O'hare or great for a visiting nurse. Cross streets are at Harlem and Addison.
