Safe, Clean Neighborhood. Garfield Ridge is a community surrounded by Police, Fire, Teachers and City workers. My home is located on a dead end street.

The monthly rent is $900 and Rent must be paid on time. No exceptions. Rent is due one month in advance.

Transportation is close and convenient. I55 is extremely close and the Orange Line is nearby.

The room is located on the lower level and has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, mounted television, and internet . Your privacy is always respected. The room has new carpet and fresh paint.

Also, private entrance.

My yard is a good space and private on one side. Parking is available in my driveway or on the street. Yard has a grill.

Use the kitchen anytime. Laundry and utilities are included.

Buy your own food, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Again, Public transportation is very close. Check out the Citizen App. and you will seldom see any police activity. Garfield Ridge is one of the cleanest and safest communities in Chicago. I’m near Archer and Harlem.

I have a great sense of humor. No drunks welcome. Smoking anything is outside. No loud music. Put on your headphones and you can blast the tunes. lol

Plenty of stores. No over night guests. I really believe you will feel safe and welcome.
